BudgetVault Privacy Policy
BudgetVault is built around local, on-device finance tracking. This policy explains what the app and this website collect, what stays on your device, and how to contact Yodabi s.p.
Data stored in the app
Your budgets, expenses, subscriptions, categories, receipt notes, exported files, and backups are stored locally on your Android device unless you choose to export or share them. BudgetVault does not require a BudgetVault account.
No BudgetVault cloud account
BudgetVault does not operate a cloud sync account system for your personal finance records. The app is designed so your financial entries remain under your control on your device.
Google Play and platform services
If you install or purchase BudgetVault through Google Play, Google may process information needed for app distribution, payments, fraud prevention, refunds, crash handling, and Play Store operation under Google's own policies.
Receipt scanning
BudgetVault Pro may use on-device OCR to read receipt images locally. OCR results are used to help fill transaction details. Images and parsed data are not sent to a BudgetVault server by this website.
Exports and backups
If you export CSV, PDF, JSON, ZIP, or backup files, those files are under your control. Be careful when saving them to shared storage, cloud drives, email, or messaging apps, because those services may process the files under their own policies.
Website data
This landing page is a static website. It does not contain advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or BudgetVault account login forms. Standard server logs may still be created by the hosting provider or web server for security, uptime, and debugging.
